To help you with this, I have prepared this document in which I explain in simple terms how I use your personal data (in this document, I use the term „personal data processing,” which means how I use your data).

The privacy policy you are reading defines the principles of processing personal data obtained through the website www.magicianjoanna.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website). 3. Right to Erasure – This is the right to be forgotten. If the data controller no longer has a basis for processing your data or the data is not necessary for the purposes of processing, you have the right to request that your data be deleted.
4. Right to Restriction of Processing – You can request that the processing of your data be restricted if, for example, you contest the accuracy of the personal data or the processing is unlawful.
5. Right to Data Portability – You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.

§ 2 Types of Data Processed, Purposes, and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected in the following cases:

1. Subscription to the Newsletter – To fulfill the newsletter service agreement, which is provided electronically based on the Terms and Conditions available on the Website. When subscribing to the newsletter, the Administrator processes the following data: name, email address, subscription date, and information about the sending of newsletters. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
2. Email Contact – To establish contact. By contacting me via email, including through a form, you provide me with your data, such as name and email. You may also provide other data in the message content. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
3. Completion of the Brief – To prepare a preliminary cooperation proposal for you. In the brief form, you provide me with your data, such as name and email. You may also provide other data in the message content. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

 

§ 3 To Whom Data is Shared or Entrusted and How Long It is Stored

Your data is stored by service providers I use to operate the website and online store. I entrust the processing of your personal data to the following entities:

1. Hosting LH – For storing data on the server.
2. Mailerlite – Mindaugo str. 1A-57, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania – For using the mailing system.

Your personal data is stored and processed by me until the consent is revoked. After the consent is revoked, the data is stored for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims that my business may have and that may be raised against you. Unless a specific provision states otherwise, the statute of limitations is six years, and for periodic claims and claims related to business activities – three years.

 

§ 4 Cookies Mechanism, IP Address

The website www.magicianjoanna.com uses small files called cookies. Cookies are small text information stored on your end device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone) that can be read by my IT system. I use cookies, among other things, to ensure the proper functioning of the website, improve the speed and security of using the website, and to use analytical and marketing tools.

Using the website involves sending queries to the server on which the website is stored. Each query sent to the server is logged. Server logs include your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Logs are stored on the server. Data stored in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the service and is not used by me to identify you. Server logs are solely auxiliary material used for website administration, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.

 

§ 6 Changes to the Privacy Policy

The privacy policy may be supplemented or updated as needed by the administrator to ensure current and accurate information for both newsletter subscribers and users of services offered on the website www.magicianjoanna.com regarding their personal data and information about them. Subscribers will be notified via email about any changes to the privacy policy.
