I`m Joanna
Working for Google with startup founders and investors, I learned something that started me down a new path in my own career. Most often, the founders faced personal obstacles rather than technical ones: pressure, stress, and a sense of being adrift on a small raft in a vast, churning sea. I realized what I could contribute: clarity and a clear sense of direction, and the confidence to find and follow their own authentic path forward
I’ve since developed my own approach to coaching, an alchemy of my education, experiences, and philosophy of life.
